Pursuant to the Oklahoma Constitution, Art. VI, ยง 10, the Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court is to appoint one of the five members of the Pardon and Parole Board. Lynnell Harkins is hereby appointed to the Pardon and Parole Board. The appointment is effective August 1, 2004.
