¶0 APPEAL AND ERROR--Dismissal of Appea Where not Filed Within Six-Months Period.
An appeal, which is not filed within six months from the date of the order sought to be reviewed, will be dismissed.

Appeal from District Court, Oklahoma County; Sam Hooker, Judge.

Action to quiet title by the Second Congregational Church of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and others against C. L. Smith and others. Judgment for defendants and plaintiff appeals.

Appeal dismissed.

PER CURIAM.

¶1 On July 27, 1936, the motion for new trial was overruled, and it is sought to review the errors occurring at the trial by the order overruling the same. The petition in error and case-made attached was filed in this court on January 29, 1937, more than six months from the date of the order overruling the motion for new trial.

¶2 A motion to dismiss has been filed, and the same must be sustained. Cannon v. Martin, 174 Okl. 22, 49 P. (2d) 684.

¶3 Appeal dismissed.
