Appeal from County Court, Okmulgee County; Harland A. Carter, Judge.

Proceeding to assess for ad valorem taxation omitted personal property of the Rapp Drilling Company. From judgment of county court dismissing appeal from county treasurer, the State appeals. Reversed and remanded, with directions.
