¶0 1. Wills--Appeal--Will Contest an Equitable Caso--Sufficiency of Evidence to Sustain Judgment.
"A will contest is a case of purely equitable cognizance, and on appeal this court will examine the whole record and weigh the evidence; but the findings and judgment of the district court will not be disturbed unless such findings and judgment are clearly against the weight of the testimony." In re Anderson's Estate, Morrison v. Linn, 142 Okla. 197, 286 P. 17.
2. Same--Judgment Refusing Probate of Will Sustained.
Record examined; judgment of the trial court affirmed.

Appeal from District Court, Grady County; W. G. Long, Assigned Judge.

In the matter of probate of will of A. S. Porter; Eliza Porter and others, proponents. and Alfred Lamar Porter, contestant. From judgment refusing probate of will, proponents appeal. Affirmed.
