ΒΆ0 1. Master and Servant--Workmen's Compensation -- Industrial Commission as Finder of Facts.
The Industrial Commission is the finder of facts.
2. Same--Hearing on Motion for Further Compensation on Ground of Change of Condition--Finding That Loss of Vision Was not Result of Original Injury Sustained.
Where the Industrial Commission on the hearing of a motion for further compensation on the ground of change of condition made a finding that the testimony introduced was insufficient to prove that the loss of vision or disability complained of by the claimant is in any way the result of a sympathetic condition caused by the injury to claimant's left eye, or is in any way the result of a sympathetic condition caused by the injury to said left eye, and denied the employee's claim for compensation, held, that there is competent evidence to support said finding, and the same is binding and conclusive on this court.

Original action in the Supreme Court by C. D. Rushing, claimant, to review order and award of Industrial Commission. Award affirmed.
