Action by Joe Plemmons et al. against W. R. Coffelt et al. Board of Education of City of Duncan, Okla., interpleaded. From the judgment denying an injunction, plaintiffs appeal. Reversed and remanded.

Plaintiffs in error in due time served and filed their briefs in full compliance with the rules of this court, but the defendants in error have wholly failed to file any brief or to otherwise appear in this cause upon the merits of the case, nor have they offered any excuse for their failure to do so.
