IN RE THE ISSUANCE OF ORDERS MANDATING CASES
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER AND NOTICE
¶1 Effective immediately The Court of Criminal Appeals will include an Order issuing Mandate in all opinions deciding regular felony appeals, including death penalty appeals. This procedure is authorized pursuant to Rule 3.15(A), Rules of the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, Title 22, Ch. 18, App. (2004), and is being implemented to effect administrative economies. This procedure will not affect the right of any party to file a Petition for Rehearing in any case. In the event a meritorious Petition for Rehearing is filed, the mandate order shall be withdrawn pursuant to the Rule 3.15(B).
¶2 IT IS SO ORDERED.
