Opinion of the Judges of the Criminal Court of Appeals in response to a request from the Governor relative to the conviction of Nathan Rightsell of the crime of murder.

To His Excellency, the Governor of the State of Oklahoma,

Sir:

In response to your official communication of August 25, 1932, addressed to this court asking for an opinion as provided by section 3172, St. 1931, in the matter of the conviction of Nathan Rightsell for the crime of murder in the district court of Choctaw county on April 12, 1932, and by judgment of said court sentenced to death by electrocution on July 1, 1932, we hereby submit the following opinion of the Judges:
