Interest of M.S.No. 20130230

Per Curiam.

[¶1] M.S. appeals from a district court order involuntarily committing him to the North Dakota State Hospital for treatment for up to 90 days and ordering forced medication.

[¶2] M.S. argues the district court erred in finding clear and convincing evidence supporting the order for involuntary commitment, the court erred in authorizing forced medication, and the court erred in not ordering a less restrictive treatment.

[¶3] We conclude the district court's findings are not clearly erroneous and the court did not err in ordering forced medication or a less restrictive treatment. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
