Eide v. Eide
No. 20010236

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Janice Eide appeals from the trial court's order denying her N.D.R.Civ.P. 60(b) motion for relief from a judgment which granted her a divorce from Ingvald Eugene Eide III and distributed the parties' property. On appeal, she argues the property she has received from her former husband is not the property she bargained for when she entered into the separation agreement that was incorporated into the divorce judgment. We conclude the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion and affirm the trial court's order under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
