Mondry v. Mondry
No. 20000207

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Timothy Joseph Mondry appeals from the trial court's judgment valuing and equitably distributing marital property. Mondry contends the trial court clearly erred in finding and allocating debt, valuing and awarding a potato warehouse, and finding Tim had not maximized his borrowing ability. Mondry claims the trial court abused its discretion in awarding attorney fees. We summarily affirm the trial court's findings, distribution of marital property, and award of attorney fees under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2), (4).
