ORDER
¶1.
This matter came before the Court on Appellant’s Unopposed Motion to Dismiss
Appeal Pursuant to M.R.A.P 42(b). The Court, having considered the motion and being
advised that the Mississippi Bar does not oppose the motion, is of the opinion that the motion
is well taken and should be granted.
¶2.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the unopposed motion to dismiss appeal
pursuant to M.R.A.P. 42(b) is hereby granted.
¶3.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that appellant’s suspension shall begin at 12:01 a.m.
Central Daylight Saving Time on May 1, 2009, and shall end at 12:01 a.m. Central Daylight
Saving Time on July 30, 2009, and that if appellant complies with all the terms and
conditions of the opinion and judgment of the complaint tribunal, appellant shall be
reinstated to the practice of law in the State of Mississippi beginning July 30, 2009, without
further action in this matter.
¶4.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that timely compliance with all of the terms and
conditions necessary for reinstatement as outlined in the opinion and judgment of the
complaint tribunal shall be a condition precedent to the appellant’s reinstatement to the
practice of law.
¶5.
