Serial: 96327 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF MISSISSIPPI No. 89-R-99027-SCT RE: MISSISSIPPI RULES OF APPELLATE PROCEDURE ORDER This matter is before the Court en banc on its own motion. The Court has reviewed certain forms whichappear as Appendix IV, Forms for Court Reporters to the Mississippi Rules of Appellate Procedure, and has concluded that these forms should be revised to use “20 ” to reflect the blank in which numerals to indicate years should be inserted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that Appendix IV, Forms for Court Reporters to the Mississippi Rules of Appellate Procedure be and is amended to substitute those forms set forth in Exhibit “A” to this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall spread this order upon the minutes of the Court and shall forward a true certified copy hereof to West Publishing Company for publication in the next edition of the Mississippi Rules of Court and in the Southern Reporter, Second Series, (Mississippi Edition).
