CORRECTION ORDER

 

            In an order filed January 28, 2004, respondent's name was inadvertently reversed on the second page of the order.

            Based upon all the files, records and proceedings herein,

            IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the name of respondent on the second page of this court's January 28, 2004 order shall be corrected to read Stuart E. Gale and that the attached corrected page shall be substituted for the second page of the January 28, 2004 order.

Gale is publicly reprimanded and suspended for 30 days stayed upon the condition that respondent not engage in similar misconduct or otherwise violate the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct for two years from the date of this order.  Respondent shall pay $900 in costs and $757 in disbursements under Rule 24, RLPR.
