PROLMAN ERRATA SHEET Paragraph 58 of the concurring opinion of Saufley, C.J., to the opinion of the Court certified on August 28, 2018, is revised as follows to correct an error in the description of the sanction imposed on Gary Prolman by the trial court: We should say clearly that it is an abuse of discretion to impose a six-month period of probation suspension on an attorney who has sex with a vulnerable client who he knows has been the victim of sex trafficking and domestic abuse. The original opinion on the Judicial Branch website has been replaced with the opinion as revised.
