We initially accepted jurisdiction to review Steele v. Kinsey, 801 So. 2d 297 (Fla. 2d DCA 2001), a decision of a district court of appeal certifying conflict with the decision of another district court of appeal. Upon reflection and further consideration, we now conclude that review was improvidently granted. Accordingly, this review proceeding is dismissed. It is so ordered.
