SC00-2346, SC00-2348 & SC00-2349 OPINION FILED: NOVEMBER 21, 2000 ATTENTION: ALL PUBLISHERS THE FOLLOWING CORRECTION HAS BEEN MADE IN THE ABOVE OPINION: 1. On page 18, in the second full paragraph of the text, in the quotation of statutory language that begins on page 18 and continues on to page 19, brackets have been placed around the letter a in the word any. 2. On page 19, first line, the quoted language has been further corrected by adding a comma after the word candidacy. 3. On page 19, third line, the quoted language has been further corrected by adding a comma after the word sworn. 4. On page 19, sixth line, the quoted language has been further corrected by changing the word is to read occurs. 5. On page 19, sixth line, closing quotation marks have been added at the end of the quoted language. 6. On page 37, third line, the word State has been corrected to read States in the reference to the United States House of Representatives. 7.
