Therefore, this Court holds that National Union hereby prevails on its claims that it did not owe either a duty to defend or to indemnify Puget or Arctic Slope and shall enter a declaratory judgment to that effect, cons istent with its findings set out above. Microtherm's, Puget's, and Arctic Slope's counterclaims for a declaratory judgment and other relief are dnied.
