Court Description: Memorandum Opinion and Order For the reasons discussed above, the Court grants the Motion to reopen the case and to clarify the Court's September 18, 2018, order. The Court denies as moot the Motion as to the request for a temporary restraini ng order and preliminary injunction. The matter is remanded to arbitration on an individual basis. This action will be stayed and administratively closed pending the outcome of arbitration. See 9 U.S.C. § 3.
