It is, hereby, ORDERED that Plaintiff and Defendant shall submit their dispute to arbitration as agreed upon in the Agreement signed by both parties. It is, further, ORDERED that Plaintiff's claims against Defendant shall be dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Additionally, because the Court now lacks jurisdiction, Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Discovery (doc. 19) and Motion to Compel Inspection (doc. 20) are DENIED as MOOT.
