Provide the date that: i. the applicant received a pardon; ii. the applicant was released from a penal institution and had served the maximum sentence; iii. the applicant's maximum sentence expired; or iv. the applicant was granted final release from incarceration or supervision by the Board of Probation and Parole, the Department of Correction, or the county correction authorities. 3.
