This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs S.A, L.A., H.B., AD.S., AL.S., S.D., A.L., M.B., M.D., M.W., K.A., and R.T.("Plaintiffs") motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction to enjoin the Defendants, Sioux Falls School District 495 ("the District") from eliminating the District's gymnastics program on the basis that eliminating the gymnastics program violates 20 U.S.C ยง1681 ("Title IX"), and Plaintiffs Fourteenth Amendment Equal Protection rights.
