Court Description: OPINION - Pending before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 6 ) filed by Defendant EZ Blockchain, LLC ("EZB"). At this stage in the proceedings, a plaintiff need only set forth sufficient facts to state a claim to relief that is p lausible on its face and allows the Court to draw the reasonable inference that the defendant is liable for thee misconduct alleged. The Court finds the Complaint sets forth a breach of contract claim against EZB as to the oral Services Contract, and EZB is directed to file its answer and affirmative defenses to that claim on or before July 10, 2023.
