IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff must pay an initial partial filing fee of $1.00 withi n thirty (30) days of the date of this order. Plaintiff is instructed to make his remittance payable to "Clerk, United States District Court," and to include upon it: (1) his name; (2) his prison registration number; (3) the case number; and (4) the statement that the remittance is for an original proceeding. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's "Petition for Joint-Party to Make (A) : Defendant" construed as a motion to amend his complaint to add parties to this ac tion [ECF No. 5 ] is DENIED as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall show cause in writing, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
