(Doc. 10) and Defendant Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Claims Pursuant to F.R.C.P. 12(b)(5) (Doc. 14) are DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiff is given an additional 30 days from the date of this Opinion to serve the summons and complaint on the defendants as required by Rule 4(c). Plaintiff is on notice that failure to serve the summons and complaint on the defendants within the timeframe provided above may result in the dismissal of the action without further notice.
