IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant SC Tiger Manor, LLC (Doc. 180) is DENIED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that that the “Motion for Summary Judgement on the Liability Issues and on Affirmative Defenses Against All Defendants, and Motion for Entry of a Default Against Experian for Failure to Respond to the Amended Complaint” (Doc. 181) filed by Plaintiff, Lydia McCoy, is DENIED without prejudice in part and DENIED with prejudice in part.
