Cazes shall pay Plaintiff $4,400 in statuto ry damages, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 553(c)(3)(A)(ii), and $13,200 in additional damages, pursuant to 47 U.S. C. § 553(c)(3)(B), for a total of $17,600. A separate judgment in favor of Plaintiff shall issue in accordance with Rule 58. Plaintiff is awarded costs pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 553(c)(2)(C), and shall file a Memorandum of Costs in the form required by the Clerk of Court within thirty days of entry of the Judgment, in accordance with LR 54( c) (effective 4/2/2015).
