D efendant, M O N OW A M K ABIR C O RPO RATIO N , shall m odify the door leading to the restroom area of the Facility w hich lacks a proper m inim um m aneuvering clearance,so the door leading to the restroom is in com pliance w ith Section 404.2 .4 of the 20 10 AD M G standards. 3 R ESTR O O M S a. D efendant, M O NO W AM IIA BIR CO RPO M TIO N , shall m odify the restroom sink w ith inadequ ate knee and toe clearance, so the restroom sink is in com pliance with Section 306 of the 2010 ADM G standards. b. D efendant, M O NO W ARA K ABIR CO R PO M TIO N , shall m odify the lavatories and/or sinks in the restroom s which have exposed pipes and surfaces and are notinsulated or configured to protect against contact, so the sink is in com pliance w ith Section 606 . 5 of the 20 10 A DA AG standards. C. D efendant, M O NO W AM IG BIR CO R PO M TIO N , shall m odify th e controls on the faucets require pinching and turning of the w rists, so the faucets are in com pliance w ith Section 309. 4 of the 2010 AD M G standards. d. D efendant, M O NO W AM K AB IR CO RPO M TIO N , shall m odify the m irror in the bathroom s exceeding the m axim um height perm itted , so the m irror in com pliance w ith Section 603 .3 of the 20 10 AD M G standards. D efendant, M O NO W A M K AB IR C O RPO M TIO N , shall m odify the restroom s having grab bars adjacentto the com m ode,so the grab bars are in com pliance w ith Section 604 .5 of the 20 10 AD M G standards as the rear bar is too short. 4 Defendant, M ONOW AM IIABIR CORPORATIO N, shall m odify the hand operated flush controlwhich is not located on the o pen side of the accessible stall, so the flush control is in com pliance with Section 604.6 ofthe 2010 ADM G standards. g. D efendant, M O N O W ARA KABIR CO R PO RATIO N shall m odify the , inadequate clear turning space in the restroom , so the clear turning space in the restroom is in com pliance with Section 603.2.1 of the 2010 AD M G standards. D efendant, M O NO W AR A K AB IR CO R PO M TIO N , shall m odify the door hardware ofthe bathroom entrance which has operable parts w hich require tight grasping, pinching or tw isting of the w rist so , the restroom door hardware is in com pliance with Section 309.4 of the 2010 A DM G standards. D efendant, M O N O W AM KABIR CO RPO RATIO N , shall m odify the door of the restroom w hich lacks a proper m inim um m aneuvering clearance, so the door to the restroom is in com pliance with Section 404.2.4 ofthe 2010 ADM G standards. A11 references to ''ADAAG standards'' shall refer to ADA Accessibilit y Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (ADAAG) as am ended through Septem ber 20 lO.
