Docket No. 105B(g) 07-01 ORDER On February 5, 2016, the Court issued an order notifying the Government and Yahoo! Inc. that it had inquiries about the scope of the Government's proposed redactions to documents contained in Revised Appendix A to the Government's January 30, 2015 filing titled "The United States' Supplemental Response to the Court's November 5, 2014 Order." Revised Appendix A consists of documents that were not subject to the prior declassification proceedings conducted by the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review ("FISCR"). On March 4, 2016, the Government submitted its responses to the Court's inquiries and indicated that it had reconsidered the scope of certain proposed redactions. Accordingly, upon review of the Government's submission, it hereby is ORDERED that: 1. In accordance with the Court's October 22, 2013, order granting the parties' joint request to allow Yahoo! Inc. pre-publication access to documents after declassification by the Government, the Government shall produce declassified, redacted versions of the documents contained in Revised Appendix A to both the Court and Yahoo! Inc. no later than April 11, 2016. 2. The Government shall produce the documents in binders, with a tab for each separate document, and a table of contents for each binder. Each page of the production shall be Bates stamped. 3. Yahoo! Inc. shall have until April 18, 2016, to file any motions addressing the public release of the documents contained in Revised Appendix A. 4. The Government shall have until April 25, 2016, to respond to Yahoo! Inc.'s motions, if any. 5. Yahoo! Inc. shall have until April 28, 2016, to file any reply. 6. All documents produced subject to this order shall remain Under Seal and shall not be made publicly available pending further order of this Court. SO ORDERED, this /'f~ofMarch, 2016.
