Shumaker Clerk of Court Plaintiff - Appellee, v. ABEL CISNEROS-GUERRERO, No. 17-1246 (D.C. No. 1:17-CR-00031-RM-1) (D. Colo.) Defendant - Appellant. _________________________________ ORDER AND JUDGMENT* _________________________________ Before LUCERO, HARTZ, and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges. _________________________________ Abel Cisneros-Guerrero pleaded guilty to illegal reentry after removal in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326 and was sentenced to 24 months in prison.
