ORDER Having carefully considered the parties’ briefs as well as the Superior Court record and having conducted a de novo review of the Superior Court’s legal conclusion that it lacked jurisdiction to entertain the appellant’s appeal from the denial of her claim for unemployment insurance benefits, we find it evident that the judgment below should be affirmed on the basis of and for the reasons stated in the Superior Court’s September 16, 2022 letter opinion.
