The Family Court s order awarded interim alimony to the petitioner. (2) The respondent filed his application for certification to take an interlocutory appeal in the Family Court on May 8, 2012. The Family Court denied the certification application on May 30, 2012. 1 The Court assigned pseudonyms to the parties pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 7(d). (3) Applications for interlocutory review are addressed to the sound discretion of this Court. In the exercise of its discretion, this Court has concluded that the application for interlocutory review does not meet the requirements of Supreme Court Rule 42(b) and should be refused.
