ORDER This 29th day of November 2011, upon consideration of Billy Johnson s petition for a writ of mandamus, as well as the State=s answer and motion to dismiss, it appears to the Court that Johnson filed this petition requesting that the Superior Court be directed to rule on a motion for postconviction relief, which he filed on August 16, 2011. A review of the Superior Court docket in Johnson s case reflects that the Superior Court denied Johnson s motion on November 8, 2011. Accordingly, Johnson s petition for a writ of mandamus is moot.
