Wilson filed a petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel the Superior Court to rule on his petition for return of property that Wilson filed in the Superior Court on February 1, 2002. The record reflects that the Superior Court dismissed Wilson s petition for return of property on February 14, 2003. Consequently, Wilson s petition for a writ of mandamus is moot.
