In the second paragraph on page 4 of the typed opinion, the first sentence is deleted [87 Cal. App. 4th 795, advance report, 1st par., lines 1-2] and the following sentence inserted:

In 1999, in federal court, Officer Mack was convicted of a bank robbery charge and sentenced to prison for a term of 14 years, three months.

This modification does not affect the judgment.
