Petitioner
v.
PETITION MOOT.
HON. L. T. SIMES, CIRCUIT JUDGE
Respondent
PER CURIAM
On April 19, 2007, Jerome Lewis filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in this court
contending that the Honorable L. T. Simes, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a pro
se petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37.1 filed by him in the Circuit
Court of Phillips County on September 7, 2006. On May 29, 2007, Judge Simes entered an order
disposing of the Rule 37.1 petition. As the court has acted on the petition, the petition for writ of
mandamus is moot.
Petition moot.
