PER CURIAM On March 13, 2007, Willie Wells filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable David Burnett, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a motion filed by him in the Circuit Court of Crittenden County on October 30, 2006. In the motion, petitioner sought dismissal of a felony information. On March 30, 2007, Judge Burnett entered an order granting the relief requested in the motion. As the court has acted on the motion, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot. Petition moot.
