State of Alabama Appeal from Houston Circuit Court (CC-18-888; CC-18-889) On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court WINDOM, Presiding Judge. In accordance with the opinion of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Cunningham, [Ms. 1190187, Nov. 6, 2020] ___ So. 3d ___ (Ala. 2020), CR-18-0551 this Court reverses the Houston Circuit Court's judgment insofar as it convicted Natasha Lashay Cunningham of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, see ยง 13A-12-212, Ala. Code 1975. This Court remands this case to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion. AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART; AND REMANDED. Kellum, McCool, Cole, and Minor, JJ., concur. 2
