I'm n o t g o i n g t o a r g u e w i t h you, Ms. W a l k e r . "You a r e h e r e b y f o u n d i n d i r e c t c o n t e m p t . You are to s u r r e n d e r y o u r s e l f to the J e f f e r s o n County J a i l , where you w i l l s i t f o r f i v e d a y s . I'm not g o i n g t o a r g u e w i t h you anymore. On t h e same d a t e t h a t W a l k e r was trial the a r r e s t e d pursuant to the c o u r t ' s contempt o r d e r , the p r e s i d i n g c i r c u i t judge f o r civil order division directing of the the Jefferson sheriff Circuit to release Court Walker from upon h e r p o s t i n g a c a s h b o n d i n t h e amount o f $100; was c o n t i n g e n t upon W a l k e r ' s filed custody t h a t bond appearing i n the c o u r t to which h e r a p p e a l m i g h t be p r o s e c u t e d and h e r a g r e e m e n t t o a b i d e the r e s u l t of such a p p e a l . this c o u r t on M a r c h 21, Walker 819 2012. T u r n e r , 812 F.2d 1552 ( 1 1 t h C i r . 1987) (an a t t o r n e y was f o u n d g u i l t y o f c r i m i n a l c o n t e m p t by U n i t e d S t a t e s D i s t r i c t Judge B r e v a r d H a n d ) . " Ex p a r t e F e r g u s o n , an 629 ( A l a . 2001). 2110602 We agree with Walker that the issue to be decided on a p p e a l i s w h e t h e r W a l k e r ' s a c t i o n s amounted t o d i r e c t c r i m i n a l contempt of c o u r t .
