Code 1975, provides a procedure for the [ g u a r d i a n ad l i t e m ] t o f o l l o w t o o b t a i n payment and t h a t the s t a t u t e p r o v i d e s t h a t the s t a t e t r e a s u r e r pay t h e f e e .
