The prior judgment of this Madison Circuit Court has been court that affirmed the reversed, remanded, by the Supreme Court of Alabama. and the cause Ex parte Lawson, 2060443 [Ms. 1060206, July 18, 2008] ___ So. 2d ___ (Ala. 2008). On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court's opinion, the judgment of the Madison Circuit Court is reversed, and the cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the supreme court's opinion.
