Syllabus
A three-judge federal district court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 2281 and 2284 of a suit to enjoin enforcement of a state statute on grounds of alleged repugnancy to the Federal Constitution, even though the state courts have not yet rendered a clear or definitive decision as to the meaning or federal constitutionality of the statute. Pp. 350 U. S. 485-487.
127 F.Supp 853, judgment vacated and case remanded.
