Order Denying Stay Pending Appeal, filed August 30, 1972. Accordingly, the individual petitioners herein, Celestino V. Rivas and Zeferino Samaniego, have now been accorded the opportunity for a personal evidentiary hearing regarding the suspension of their driver's licenses."
