Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to remit the filing fee no later than Thursday, May 30, 2024. Failure to pay the filing fee by the deadline will result in AUTOMATIC DISMISSAL of this action.COURT'S CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE - Non-Registered CM/ECF Participants shall be served by First Class Mail to the addresses of record listed on the (NEF) on 5/1/2024.
