Syllabus
1. The decision in Sandusky v. National Bank, 23 Wall. 289, and Hill v. Thompson, 94 U. S. 433, that this Court cannot review the action of the circuit court in the exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction over a judgment rendered by the district court on a petition praying that a party be adjudged a bankrupt reaffirmed.
2. No particular form of proceeding is required to remove such a case to the circuit court.
3. A writ of error employed as "process" for the purposes of that jurisdiction will not deprive the circuit court of its power to proceed.
