Syllabus
New Jersey Supreme Court's judgment that New Jersey statute prohibiting the bringing into the State of solid or liquid waste originating or collected elsewhere was not preempted by the Federal Solid Waste Disposal Act of 1965, and was not unconstitutional as a discrimination against or an undue burden on interstate commerce, is vacated, and the case is remanded for reconsideration of the preemption question in light of the subsequently enacted Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976.
