Syllabus

In this action, brought in a Texas state court under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, the proofs justified with reason the jury's conclusion that employer negligence played a part in producing the petitioner's injury, and the judgment of the Texas Court of Civil Appeals reversing the trial court judgment for petitioner is reversed, and the case is remanded. Pp. 353 U. S. 360-361.
