Syllabus
Proofs held sufficient to show a systematic and arbitrary exclusion of Negroes from jury lists because of their race or color constituting a denial of the equal protection of the laws, and entitling the petitioner, a Negro convicted of murder, to a new trial. P. 303 U. S. 616.
