Syllabus
Upon review of a judgment of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, in a case controlled by the construction and application of local laws of redhibition and prescription, the Circuit Court of Appeals should follow the decision unless there be a sense of clear error committed. P. 300 U. S. 432.

Certiorari, 299 U.S. 527, to review a judgment reversing a judgment of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, which had reversed a judgment of the trial court and directed dismissal of the complaint in an action by a purchaser of cattle to have the sale annulled and to recover the purchase money.
