Syllabus
Section 6 of the Employers' Liability Act, providing "[t]hat no action shall be maintained under this Act unless commenced within two years from the day the cause of action accrued," is to be construed as allowing, in death cases, two years from the time of death, not two years from the appointment of the administrator. P. 271 U. S. 60.
